Smoked Fish Dip
Ingredients
- 4 C smoked fish (kingfish, mahi-mahi, or wahoo)
- 3/4 C mayo
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 1 T sriracha
- 1 T minced onion
- 1 T minced red bell pepper
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/2 t each: celery salt, cajun seaoning, cayenne
- serving options: celery, tortilla chips or crackers with hot sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Smoke fish until cooked through. completely cool in fridge (at least 1-2 hours)
Step 2
Flake fish and be sure to remove all bones. chop in food processor. add to a large bowl.
Step 3
mix with all other ingredients. chill (approx. 1 hour) and serve.
