Smoked Fish Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 C smoked fish (kingfish, mahi-mahi, or wahoo)
  • 3/4 C mayo
  • 3/4 C sour cream
  • 1 T sriracha
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1 T minced red bell pepper
  • 1 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 t each: celery salt, cajun seaoning, cayenne
  • serving options: celery, tortilla chips or crackers with hot sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Smoke fish until cooked through. completely cool in fridge (at least 1-2 hours)

Step 2

Flake fish and be sure to remove all bones.  chop in food processor.   add to a large bowl. 

Step 3

mix with all other ingredients.  chill (approx. 1 hour) and serve.
